Dr. Elizabeth Fulgaro poses the question, what if something as simple as listening to song prayers could facilitate personal transformation in ways that bolstered your resilience thereby augmenting your emotional well-being? This is what she discovered in her doctoral research by documenting the experiences of four women veterans who listened to song prayers with regularity, repetition, intentionality, and reflection. Listening to song prayers as a private spiritual discipline opens up a liminal space between the physical and spiritual realms where God responds with His interaction. Intrigued – read on with Dr. Elizabeth.
